It is over 40 years since I needed the services of a solicitor so when I needed help with a difficult financial matter I asked a friend who recommended Moss & Coleman. I'm very glad they did. Satwinder Sahota guided me through the entire process with skill and patience, explaining every stage of a procedure of which hitherto I had precious little knowledge or understanding. I can confidently recommend Moss & Coleman and particularly Satwinder and would have no hesitation in using them again.

View this review on GoogleWe used Moss & Coleman for the conveyancing of both our house sale and purchase. There was a minor delay in getting things underway, but after that they were brilliant.
There were some real challenges caused by both the top and bottom of our chain. At one end, exchange and completion dates were being moved with next to no notice; at the other, we were dealing with a conveyancer who appeared to have little idea what they were doing, with numerous errors in documents and repeated failures to coordinate the timely movement of their client’s funds to enable exchange.
Throughout all of this, Georgia kept a cool head when I was certainly losing mine! She did a superb job of “herding the kittens”, managing everything both up and down the chain and doing everything she could to get the transaction over the line.
Buying and selling a house is stressful enough when everything goes smoothly, so having someone calm, responsive and determined when things become complicated makes a huge difference.
Very happy with the service we received and would happily recommend Moss & Coleman, and Georgia in particular.
