Not Recommend to elderly clients
Difficulty obtaining information regarding the progress of Identity verification, problems within the software. Hides behind excuses.
I was perceived by the Senior Solicitor as a nuisance rather than a client their Staff used dismissive remarks made to make me feel like a hindrance rather than a paying customer Extremely poor communication or help offered while on-boarding uploading I.d documents.
