Absolutely first class service from the team at Montpellier Legal. From start to finish we were kept well informed, checks are thoroughly carried out which is what you want when purchasing a house. The app they have is a really great touch for keeping track of where the purchase is. Shout out to the whole team but especially to Kellyanne for the updates and excellent communication. Cant recommend enough.

From start to finish, Philly was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. As overseas buyers, navigating the UK conveyancing process could have been quite complex, but she made everything feel clear and manageable. She was proactive in raising important enquiries, explained each step in detail, and kept things moving forward efficiently—especially as we worked toward exchange on a tight timeline.
Communication was consistently prompt and thorough, and we always felt confident that our best interests were being protected. Her attention to detail and willingness to guide us through unfamiliar aspects of the process (including septic system considerations and insurance requirements) really stood out.
We would also like to highlight the excellent support from the administrative team, who were consistently helpful, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. Their responsiveness and organization made everything run even more smoothly.

Jack was knowledgeable about the process and good at explaining the inevitable issues that arise along the way, particularly with leasehold sales. I will be using ML again for their speedy service and the ease of communication. This is my 2nd time of using Montpellier Legal and I am an experienced Landlord.
