Excellent service from Elliot Levenson at Moerans Solicitors. He handled the sale of my late mother's house efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way. Great communication, professional throughout, and a pleasure to deal with. I would happily recommend him.
View this review on GoogleUnfortunately our buyers chose Moerans Solicitors in Edgware to act on their behalf. Moerans then proceeded to keep our service charge retention money (£500) for over 2 years, despite our solicitor's numerous requests for it to be returned. All correspondence was ignored, and it took a threat to go to the Solicitors Regulation Authority for it finally to be paid back -Very frustrating and time-consuming for our solicitor. With that level of unprofessional behaviour, I'm really surprised at the amount of positive reviews on here. Personally, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!
