By way of constructive feedback, Jeremy Hertzog is a difficult person to work for. Effective legal representation requires not only technical competence but also empathy and respectful communication, the latter qualities which are noticeably absent.
View this review on GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Tom Roberts and Adam Bradley at Mishcon de Reya on a complex cross-border creditor matter. Both were exceptional — pragmatic, commercially minded, and refreshingly straightforward in their advice. Adam in particular took the time to understand the full picture and provided clear, honest guidance without overcomplicating things. Tom was responsive and fair in his approach to client management. In a profession where it can be difficult to find lawyers who are both technically strong and genuinely easy to deal with, these two stand out. I would not hesitate to recommend them and look forward to working with the firm again in the future if required.
View this review on GoogleMost impressive entrance to a magnificant building. The once centre for administration of Africa now houses a number of independant companies and businesses such as this Law Firm.
View this review on GoogleHigh hourly rates, fancy offices, and sharp suits don’t guarantee a service that matches the image. In my first email, I clearly stated that my case involved a state school. However, after taking all my personal information and wasting a week of my time, a partner-level lawyer at this firm informed me that they only handle cases related to independent schools. There are many better and more affordable lawyers out there. Don’t be fooled by this firm's luxurious appearance—it doesn’t reflect the quality of their service.
View this review on GoogleUnprofessional and unhelpful. I requested a quote for services on a US/UK trust matter, they asked my budget (which was around what I’ve been quoted by other major firms) and timescale and once I replied they got back to me with a two sentence email refusing to help but not actually providing any reason. This doesn’t seem like a great way to attract business and I’ll be sure to never consider them again.
