I recently used Mincoffs Solicitors for the sale of my property and couldn’t be happier with the service received. Lisa and Lois were professional, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout.
From start to finish the communication was clear and timely, and I always felt fully informed and in safe hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble and both Lisa and Lois handled everything with patience, professionalism and a level of care that really made a difference during what can be a stressful process.
I had complete trust in them to manage the sale smoothly and they delivered exactly that. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mincoffs Solicitors.

The member if staff who dealt with the matter contacted me directly to keep me updated on progress and at all times I knew exactly how my enquiry was moving forward. I would recommend them to others and would certainly use them again

Our transaction was far from straightforward and proved to be quite challenging at times, but Daniel never gave up. He consistently guided us, advised us clearly, and supported us through every hurdle. His persistence and commitment really stood out, and we always felt he had our best interests at heart.
Despite the complexity, the team remained highly efficient, responsive, and easy to contact throughout. Communication was clear and timely, and turnaround times were always transparent, reasonable, and often impressively quick.
We also had to complete our purchase very close to Christmas, and the timeline became quite sudden towards the end—but thanks to Daniel and his team, everything came together smoothly.
