Clive and his team provided outstanding legal services during our buy-to-let property purchase. Late in the transaction, we encountered serious issues with another solicitor and had to transfer the case to Minahan Hirst at a very advanced stage of the process.
Many solicitors would probably have declined to take on a case with so little time remaining before completion, particularly with the risk of the chain collapsing. Clive and his team not only accepted the challenge but dealt with it exceptionally.
From start to finish, they were professional, approachable and incredibly responsive. Their communication was faultless, and the speed and efficiency with which they worked was genuinely impressive.
Against all the odds, the purchase completed successfully, and I have no doubt that this was down to Clive and his team’s exceptional service and dedication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Minahan Hirst to anyone looking for a proactive and reliable conveyancing solicitor.
