We never had to chase as she was always on top of correspondence and chasing the buyers solicitors within the chain at least weekly if not more. She was always fully aware of timescales even though she was dealing with some solicitors in the chain that gave very vague answers and were not helpful in the slightest. The advice she gave was honest and reliable when there were times we wanted to pull out of the transaction. As we all do when buying property we were being guided by our hearts whereas Chantelle gave us sound and sensible factual information and guidance. She helped keep our heads screwed on.
