I cannot recommend Liv highly enough. Her work rate, professionalism, and dedication throughout my house purchase were absolutely incredible.
She was exceptionally efficient, always on top of the details, and communicated clearly every step of the way to get exchange and completion over the line seamlessly. Liv made what is usually a stressful process feel completely manageable.
View this review on GoogleMy second time using Metcalfe David Eyres for a house purchase, as well as for a sale this time. Both times I have had absolutely exceptional service from Lucie. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable answering every question I had regarding the process. Lucie is also very attentive and communication has been second to none from day 1, constantly chasing other solicitors in the chain to move things along and managing to get our completion across the line within 10 weeks. We felt she could not do enough for us throughout the process and again very impressed - we would still have been waiting a long time to move if it had not been for Lucie & her colleagues. I would recommend Metcalfe David Eyres to everyone - thanks so much Lucie and the rest of the team!
View this review on GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Metcalfe David Eyres specifically with Liv Sharpe. She made the process so easy and kept us up to date with everything going on. We couldn鈥檛 have asked for someone better to help guide us on the purchase on our first home. We would definitely recommend and a massive thank you to Liv馃槉

Lucie was always quick to reply, incredibly patient, and answered every single one of our questions, no matter how small or silly they were! The whole process felt much less stressful, and we鈥檙e so grateful for her support and wouldn鈥檛 hesitate to recommend her.
View this review on GoogleApart from Gmaps directions being wrong. It was great. I hope I have made the corrections, but if note I'm sorry. Metcalfe David Eyres is a very good solicitors I have used them in the past and was in my present home within six weeks without any problems. So I have only a great experience from them.
