This being completely new to us, Hannah had a lot of explaining of the process to do and showed us great patience whilst doing so. We can't thank her enough for supporting us to get Dad's voice heard and fighting his case. Deciding to pursue the case was difficult but we felt supported by Hannah throughout.

after 2 long years of suffering with illness to be told i had cancer was a major blow to my life, especially being a single mum.
Not only did medical solicitors help me financially, but also with the emotional support. I always had someone at the end of the phone helping and directing me in the right place ( especially Matthew Brown ) He was a brilliant solicitor and his team they fought my case every step of the way and i had to worry about nothing as they did all the chasing of evidence and hard work.
I cant thank them enough. would highly recommend to anyone who has been failed medically.

However from my first call to Medical Solicitors I knew I had done the right thing. Natasha Lindley was able to put my worries at ease & explain everything in a way I could fully comprehend. Throughout the whole case she was consistent in keeping me updated. I was also very comfortable ringing her if there was something I was unsure about.
On the day of the court case I was extremely nervous. Natasha supported me all the way through giving me glances throughout to boost my confidence. She was just a lovely person just as I thought she would be and an amazing solicitor. Simply the best

After a trawl through the internet, he decided to ask Medical Solicitors to advocate for him in a claim against those who had caused the damage to his body. Matthew has handled the case, and although we are not quite 'over the line' I would like to tell anyone who has suffered from medical negligence and is looking for advice that Medical Solicitors and Matthew personally have worked extremely hard to help us understand the process, and what is needed to make a case. Matthew has been diligent, extremely professional and painstaking in his efforts on my husband's behalf.
