I have used Janev at Martin Shepherd Solicitors for both the purchase and sale of a property, and both transactions were handled extremely professionally.

I was kept well informed throughout each process, and Janev’s clear communication and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that everything was being managed properly.

I would highly recommend Janev at Martin Shepherd Solicitors to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She will be our first choice for all future property transactions.

Excellent service in our first home purchase

As first-time homebuyers, the process of purchasing a home seemed daunting until we met Patrick Lee Foo Pin, our conveyancing solicitor. Patrick was not only extremely polite and understanding, but he also showed immense patience with all our queries. His guidance was invaluable, providing clarity and making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable. Patrick's professionalism and thorough knowledge in conveyancing made our journey to homeownership a smooth and successful venture. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in this process. Highly recommend to anyone needing expert conveyancing services!

Patrick assisted myself and my partner when purchasing our first property, he went above and beyond for us ensuring we understood everything to do with the process. He helped us with any queries we had, was always prompt with his responses and was very well coordinated as well as organised. As first time buyers, he helped put our mind at ease in regards to the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the house buying process.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Janev Gazioglu and the team at the Residential Conveyancing department for the purchase of our new home. From the beginning to the end, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Janev's professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were particularly impressed with the proactive communication and the way Janev handled potential challenges, like coordinating the property vacating time to align with our contract.

The team's dedication to ensuring everything was completed on schedule was evident, and their willingness to go the extra mile for client satisfaction truly stands out in the real estate industry. Their guidance was invaluable, and we always felt confident and informed throughout the purchase process.

We are now happily settled in our new home, thanks to Janev and the team's hard work and dedication. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient conveyancing service. Their commitment to client satisfaction is commendable, and we couldn't be more grateful for their support in turning our dream home into a reality.

Thank you, Janev and team, for your outstanding service! We look forward to working with you again in the future.
