We have used Martin Elliott for many transactions over a good number of years.
They have just completed a very complex Property sale on our behalf and we are delighted with the result.
We are always more than satisfied with every experience, from buying and selling Property to preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney and gaining Probate. The whole team are courteous, knowledgeable and the service provided is second to none. Coupled with their extremely competitive charges and carrying out clients instructions in a timely manner we can thoroughly recommend Martin Elliott & Co - Solicitors.
In our opinion they are the very best solicitors in Colchester and the surrounding districts. We have recommended them to friends and family for many years and they too have been delighted with the service they received.

There was an issue with Land Registry which Martin explained to me clearly and resolved without undue delay. With regards the purchase Martin once again acted in a thorough manner.
