Thank you to Katherine and her team for getting a complicated house sale through which even when I’d almost given up hope you got it over the line!! It’s even harder when you are in the business so this review is not left without sincerity.. I really appreciated your drive and professionalism through out and certainly will come back to you again.
View this review on GoogleKatherine has been amazing and very patient with us all. A simple no chain sale to our tenants took an amazing 10 months to complete. Katherine stayed with us all of the time and kept us updated. Can't thank her enough. Will definitely be using Morton Chater again thanks to her.
View this review on GoogleMartin dealt with my probate and cannot fault. Would not hesitate to recommend and will use in the future when selling my own house.
View this review on GoogleMorton Charter are a very respectable, trustworthy and high caliber housing conveyors, of whom I would strongly recommend for properties in the Dunstable area. Katherine had overall been very effective during my flat purchase. She worked to a very high level, having gained sufficient experience to make the process transparent, and had been fantastic when dealing with any problems, whilst reassuring me at the same time. I have also dealt with Martin, who was very clear and concise on how best to deal with certain obstacles during the process.
View this review on GoogleSuperb service, would highly recommend. Katherine dealt with my conveyancing throughout. There were some difficult obstacles to overcome but with her patience and a very professional approach the end goal was achieved. Would certainly use again.
