The representative (Das) was very rude and unhelpful and left me to go find another business because of his failure to understand and help advise me. Shocking customer service so approach with caution.

View this review on GoogleNot very professional. I was seeking advice about a specific matter and the woman who spoke to me sounded very rude and unprofessional. I didn't appreciate her tone of voice. It was as if she expected me to already know what I needed and what evidence to bring. Working in a professional job myself, I would not speak to people in that way and certainly wasn't trained to speak to people in a rude tone. It seemed as if I was wasting her time as she wanted to hang up very quickly.
I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a good and professional solicitor.
