They should be complete the transaction on 15th January , however 1 day before of completion (14th January ) they call me and they said to me they couldn’t able to act as my solicitors because my funds are gifted and I change the company address , I asked changing company address illegal in uk she say I couldn’t act as your solicitor. also since 3 weeks they have my £25000 deposit for purchasing buy to let property they don’t still refunded and she wasn’t responded my last email. If I not hear further back and my money not refunded in 5 business days , I will file legal proceedings. Horrible company deal with better stay away.

My funds refunded , after I write complaint letter notice same day. Still not happy with their lack of service and unresponsive unless you going strictly.

Bhaveni handled everything for us and was consistently professional, approachable and kept us well informed throughout. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Her attention to detail and calm, reassuring manner really stood out.
