A special thank you to Margaret, who was my conveyancer throughout the purchase. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and progressed quickly, and Margaret kept me informed every step of the way, always explaining what was happening and what the next steps would be.
Her communication was exceptional—she responded to emails incredibly quickly, was always helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The quality of service she provided was outstanding and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.

All emails, phone calls and queries were answered promptly with diligence and care every single time, and any delay in the chain (of which there are usually many during a house move), were never due to lack of effort on Manaks part.
I would like to single out Simran Bahia for praise especially, who was our case handler during our purchase, chain collapse, and purchase again of a different property. Throughout, she was always available, always thorough, and utterly professional. A first class service and a credit to her company and industry.
