Really happy with the service throughout my house purchase. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how clearly Olivia explained everything and how helpful and responsive she was throughout the process. I considered Malcolm C Foy to be my solicitor for life and that has most certainly changed today due to some terrible service I just recieved. I bought my property through them in 2016 and at that time they were really good. However, today I just phoned their property team and feel utterly let down. I spoke with them 3-4 weeks ago about an issue I had and at that time they were very clear they could help. I've phoned them back today and they've totally gone back on thier position despite, being very clear they could help 3 weeks ago.
I am now in limbo and in shock at how they turned face so rapidly. All I can say is don't expect them to be in your corner when times get tricky. If you require property assistance, I'd recommend going elsewhere based on today's experience.

View this review on GoogleWhere do I start. We used Malcom foy for the sale of 2 houses and purchase one. It’s not been the easiest ride. We was appointed Jessica brooks, and my word this women is absolutely amazing.
I have no idea what she eats for breakfast but she was on it constantly and the communication was amazing.
I literally cannot thank you enough, do not hesitate in using Malcolm foy and be happy if you’re allocated Jess. Thankyou so so much again.
Thanks to Annette too she was also on fire with it all.
