My experience was very positive with Macks. I specifically ask to have an initial consultation with Len Mann and he was scheduled very promptly . Len was very honest and offered a long initial consultation chat and he told me , i didn't have a strong case which saved me to commit on spending lot of money . He also advise the option i could potentially go for. Thank you so much for your honest service .

I received excellent professional service and found everybody very approachable and caring and was treat as an individual, nothing was too much trouble. Quick minded, friendly, informative and friendly she even opened up the office early because I’m a vulnerable patient and on chemo to reduce a chance of infection. Could not recommend highly enough. Caring firm and staff. Even the secretary came in early and she was delightful.

We used them to move house and for a personal injury claim and on both occasions they were very professional and courteous to our needs. They kept us informed at every stage so we knew what was going on and how long the next stage would take. If I am to need a solicitor again I would be happy to use Macks and highly recommend them.

I found it easy to contact her via telephone or e-mail, always receiving a prompt reply and much reassurance! Amanda is easy to talk to and explained the most complex of legal issues to me in a way which made them understandable. I am incredibly grateful to her for lifting from me many of the anxieties one has in such a situation and dealing with any issues promptly, effectively and, importantly in these times of austerity, cost effectively.
