Everything was new to us, even the terminology used was difficult for us to grasp as it was a lot of legal stuff obviously but Sara took the time to explain everything clearly so we fully understood what was happening and the stages we were at. Poor Sara was getting emails from me all the time but she always took the time to answer every
one of them with the upmost professionalism and care and attention.

I was informed of every step of the process in my initial consultation, and was kept up to date on the progress of my claim on a regular basis both through email, and letters. After only a few months my claim was settled, and I was very happy with the service and outcome. I would highly recommend anyone to use Macks, and if needed I would use them again over anyone else.
