Highly Professional and Exceptional Support.
We have recently completed the purchase of our new home and received the keys after just over two months, thanks to the dedicated support from MACKENZIE JONES.
We were genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently the law firm handled everything.
Their team is highly professional, polite, and enthusiastic, providing clear and thorough advice throughout the process. In particular, their response time was exceptionally fast.
We have lived in the UK for 25 years and have worked with many law firms in various areas, but we have never experienced customer service as outstanding as what we received from MACKENZIE JONES.

View this review on GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with this firm while in the process of purchasing a property. We were just two weeks away from exchange, and throughout that time they continued to respond to enquiries and engage with our solicitor as if the transaction was progressing as normal.
However, without any warning or communication, they proceeded to exchange and complete with another buyer. At no point did they indicate that this was a possibility or that our position was at risk. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable, especially given how close we were to exchange and the level of commitment already involved.
Their actions not only wasted a significant amount of time and money but also caused considerable stress and frustration. Professional standards in conveyancing should include clear and honest communication, which was entirely lacking here.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this firm.

You hear so many horror stories but I can not find one bad thing to say I would recommend her to anyone that asks super fast and efficient
