View this review on GoogleReally happy with the service we received from our solicitor Nassar and Reem while sorting out my husband’s spouse visa extension. The whole process was stressful at times, but they made everything so much easier and were always there to answer our questions.
They explained everything clearly, kept us updated and made sure all our documents were in order. We felt really supported throughout the whole process and are so grateful for their help.
Would definitely recommend them two and m&k solicitors in general to anyone needing help with their visa or immigration.
View this review on GoogleChoosing M&K as your solicitors has been a complete waste of time and money I meet to Anisha regarding my visa process she is unprofessional women she donot know anything about the documents requirement she had already wasted four months of my time, and I feel that their primary concern is making money rather than genuinely helping their clients resolve their problems.
For every short five-minute discussion, they expect £60 in cash. In begging I have told to her money doesn’t mater to me donot waste my time .I find this approach extremely unreasonable, particularly given the lack of progress on my case. They have also failed to provide clear information about the requirements from the outset.
After four months of delays, I am now being told that I need to provide additional documents and information—things that should have been explained to me before the work began. Had I been informed of these requirements at the beginning, I could have prepared everything and avoided unnecessary delays.
Their level of professionalism and customer service has also been disappointing. Appointments are frequently not attended to on time, and enquiries are not responded to promptly. Overall, I feel that my time and concerns have not been treated with the seriousness they deserve.
I deeply regret not checking their reviews before choosing them. After looking into other customers’ experiences, I have found that many people appear to share similar concerns and have also been disappointed with their service.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to research their reviews carefully and consider alternative solicitors before choosing M&K. They just making fool to their clients and giving useless advice to their clients in first metting they will behave good to make you their clients after that they will show you their real image after taking the appointment fees they will not give you any solution and just say they have more clients and she said to me sorry I cannot do anything .My concern is this if you guyz donot have any knowledge why you are wasting another person time no one is free here to come again and again for your useless advices stop wasting another person time.Anisha is totally unprofessional women ..
