I was recently a client of Lyons Davidson Solicitors and was thoroughly impressed by both the expertise, efficient service and compassion of the employees especially my legal representative. Not all claims are straightforward, and I have fragile personal circumstances, but my legal representative (Nadia Brown from the Cardiff Office) showed a deep understanding of my personal circumstances and demonstrated total compassion throughout the legal process. This helped myself and my wife resolve our issues very swiftly. Nadia was always available at very short notice to answer all my many questions and alleviate my concerns thus preventing further distress. Nadia’s competence, experience and professionalism was always demonstrated and as such, was a calming influence when addressing a complex aspect of the claim processes. Nadia also ensured that we were aware of everything and interpreted complex legal process, so we could understand it to make the most informed decision suited to our circumstances. Lyons Davidson can take pride in the expertise demonstrated by their staff, but specifically Nadia. I would not hesitate in referring anyone to Lyons Davidson due to the expertise in helping clients move forward and achieve the desired outcome.

She kept us up to date with our case, and had a very professional approach to ensure we understood everything that was happening. This lady worked hard and late into the evenings which was tantamount to her commitment to ensure we were kept informed. She was compassionate and considerate. We had a successful outcome due to her diligence, I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.
