We couldn’t recommend this solicitors firm highly enough! Molly was our case handler, and her dedication, hard work and attention to detail was outstanding, and we genuinely couldn’t have been more delighted with the service she provided. She was always on top of everything and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Cain also stepped in while Molly was on annual leave, and we were really impressed with how seamless the handover was. Cain was also extremely helpful and we were also very impressed with his work and attention to detail.
They both were incredibly quick to respond to every query, always answering our calls and emails promptly. They went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make what could have been a very stressful process as smooth as possible.
We felt completely looked after throughout and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone.

View this review on GoogleI used Lucas Law for the recent purchase and sale of homes in Cardiff. Sarah Miller was excellent throughout, professional, knowledgable, efficient and friendly. She clearly has many years experience with conveyancing, and despite some delays and issues she was calm and reassuring.
I was pleased to see that the company do as much of the paperwork as possible electronically, so the report on my purchase was sent as several files by email rather than a thick wad of paper by post. This is much more efficient and less wasteful. For the paperwork I needed to sign, their office is conveniently located by Penarth railway station.
