View this review on GoogleI have known and used Jenny Loynton and firm since 2017, when I was purchasing a property in Birmingham. She was very professional and took her time to explain everything and to move things quickly.
My property purchase was complex as it needed change of use of from B1 Commercial Property to C3 Residential Dwelling. Jenny and her firm did all the hard work on my behalf. I am forever grateful and I cannot express enough gratitude to her and her firm.
I would highly recommend her services to anyone without a shadow of doubt.
