The purchase was for a leasehold property & took much longer than expected, but no fault of Lockings.
William ( Solicitor) was just brilliant with identifying potential issues & dealing with them & making the process as stress free as possible.
The conveyancing team of Declan & Craig were equally as helpful in dealing with searches & the Exchange / Completion.
We were kept well informed of status of the purchase & importantly advised regularly of all cost's involved.
Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lockings to others.

Olivia Hutchinson was efficient and knowledgeable when answering my queries, responding quickly with a phone call or emails. The whole process was completed in 11 weeks from going on Rightmove with Symonds and Greenham estate agents to completion of with Lockings solicitors. The estate agent recommended the solicitors. Well done to them both.
