When purchasing my house they had been recommended to myself by the estate agents. The comunication was good, they always replied to my enquires. I was expecting the process of buying to be a little bit quicker but that wasn't a major issue to me as I wasn't in a hurry to move. Overall I definitely recomend!

It makes you realise how much your solicitors do behind the scenes.

View this review on GoogleWe have used Lichfield Reynolds for 2 house purchases now and they are great. Prompt with replies, you can always get hold of them and they push things along. Competitively priced too.
View this review on GoogleI have instructed Nicola from the Hanley branch on two separate occasions - one involving a lengthy and complex court case, and another for a far more straightforward matter - and on both occasions the service was exceptional.
She is consistently professional while remaining approachable and easy to talk to, which makes a significant difference during what can often be a stressful process. Her advice is clear, practical, and always given with my best interests in mind. She took the time to explain each step so I fully understood my options and felt confident in the decisions being made.
Communication was excellent throughout; responses were prompt and I was always kept informed of progress. She was also very accommodating and flexible whenever anything urgent arose.
I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking reliable and knowledgeable legal support. A genuinely outstanding solicitor and someone I would happily use again in the future.
