This is the rudest law firm I've ever seen. Shame on you Sally the office manager. I will not instruct. The reception was rude declining she will not provide her first name. I thought Sally would be sensible however she reiterated that receptionist does not have to provide me her name. I will not instruct and would definitely pass the word round.

This was not an easy case (3 years ago I fell into an old, approximately 10-metre-deep well), as initially no one accepted responsibility. However, thanks to Joanna’s experience and determination, she managed to secure not only the amount I expected, but a significantly higher compensation – which came as a huge and very positive surprise for our family.
The whole process took 3 years, but throughout that time I could clearly see the progress, and I was kept fully informed at every stage. Levenes arranged and covered the cost of all necessary medical examinations, including CT scans, psychiatric assessments, MRI scans and others, ensuring a complete understanding of my injuries.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this firm as highly professional and supportive, especially in cases where other companies refused to help me, seeing no chance of success.

It was a very difficult case because the driver fled the scene but Levenes Solicitors were determined from the start to pursue justice on my behalf.
Throughout the whole process, they kept me fully informed and supported. When the claim couldn’t be settled, the case went all the way to a trial in the High Court. Thanks to the hard work, skill and commitment of the Levenes team, I won.
