From the outset, Sigourney explained things clearly and sensitively, which made a very difficult and emotional process far easier to manage. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and reassuring, and I felt fully supported at every stage.

Sadly she died before the forms were submitted. Sigourney and the firm responded rapidly and sympathetically, limiting the fees to what I had already paid. I was touched by the sympathetic way she and the firm dealt with this at a difficult time for me.

I can sum up Leonard Grays performance in a word ‘inept’
8 months to complete a purchase that should have taken 3 months at best.
It was so bad that both parties had to complain to the senior partner who as expected completely ignored the complaint which gives you some idea of the level of professionalism received.
I notice on other platforms they have 5 star ratings…I can only imagine they employ the services of a ‘bot’ to add credibility to a very poor service. Keep clear of this shower.
