View this review on GoogleVery disappointing experience. I called today at around 4:45 PM to book a paid appointment with a solicitor I had previously seen but whose name I couldn’t remember.
The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help identify who I had previously seen, she responded with comments like, “I don’t know who you met” and repeatedly sighed/huffed on the phone.
I was simply trying to book and pay for another appointment. Basic politeness and customer service should be expected from the first point of contact at a law firm.

View this review on GoogleI went to the office to pay the first instalment of the agreed amount. I waited for 15 minutes, but there was no one available to assist me. When I spoke to the receptionist, I was told to “wait a minute,” but no one seemed to know that I had arrived.
I came from another city and I have a return train ticket, so I cannot simply wait indefinitely.
This is a law firm, not a beauty salon—with all due respect to beauty salons. I would expect a much higher level of professionalism and customer service from a law office.
