Awful firm, we’re still waiting 6 years on since my aunts death for an outstanding amount of nearly £50,000 to be paid to beneficiaries.

My case went on for about 4 years with these at the start they was brilliant but then after not getting in contact with me for over a year and deciding to switch the person I was dealing with without telling me , I wouldn’t waste my time still have money owed from them but never seem to answer the phone

This process of dealing with my mother’s estate has been going on since May 2023.
Shocking communication, to be told funds are being transferred, to wait 5 weeks and still no communication.
Waste of time.
