My house purchase experience with Leathes Prior has been excellent. Emily Whelband in particular was a wonderful guiding hand throughout the process. She was always available on the end of the phone to offer advice and support. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.
View this review on GoogleI wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leathes Prior. Madison and Kate did an excellent job representing me during a recent property transaction, despite the transaction not being quite as straight forward as I’d initially hoped! Madison and Kate were both friendly and professional at all times, responding promptly to any queries. As such, I’ll be using Leathes Prior again for my future property transactions, as I couldn’t fault the service provided and I have total confidence in them.
View this review on GoogleRachael and Angela have been absolutely fantastic throughout what has been a very stressful process for us as first-time buyers.
We initially had an offer accepted on a property, but unfortunately the sellers consistently failed to provide the information needed to progress the purchase. After seven months, Rachael was incredibly honest and advised that, it was in our best interests to pull out. Although this was a difficult decision, we really appreciated her honesty and guidance.
When we found a new property, Rachael and Angela worked incredibly hard to get everything progressed and completed within just seven weeks. This was especially important to us with the arrival of our baby approaching, and they did everything they could to relieve the pressure and make the process as smooth as possible.
We genuinely cannot thank them both enough for their clear communication. Buying our first home has been stressful at times, but having Rachael and Angela guiding us through it made such a difference. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a solicitor.
View this review on GoogleEmily Whelband at Leathes Prior has been outstanding in supporting the sale of my property. There were a few unexpected issues along the way which were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Communication has been perfect and I have been updated effectively along the way. All my queries were dealt with appropriately. I would have no hesitation to recommend Emily's services to others
View this review on GoogleRecommend Leathes Prior greatly. I used LP for a house sale previously and most recently to complete my Fathers probate and Will trusts. Jordan Walker completed the work for me and explained the whole process with great detail and in a way that was easy to understand. I was kept informed the whole way through and I never had to chase for any information or updates. The whole process which did have unusual complications was completed quickly and efficiently. A huge thanks to Jordan and all at Leathes Prior.
