I was a first time buyer and my mortgage broker recommended LPL. My offer got accepted in the middle of May, and I was exchanged by the end of July and completed the first week of August.
A special thanks to Irene Moran who was my case handler. She was absolutely brilliant, her communication was always so clear, and she made the experience so stress free.
I especially loved the Hoowla online portal where you can keep up to date with the progress of your case, and you got notified at each step of the buying process.
5/5 stars and would absolutely recommend LPL to anyone purchasing a property. Do not be put off if you are not local to Manchester, I live in Surrey and faced no issues with my solicitor not being local to me. Thank you so much LPL!!
