I cannot thank Jennifer Lee and John Cody enough for handling the estate of my dear brother in such an efficient, thorough and sympathetic manner. No stone was left unturned, every email answered promptly and they were always just a phone call away. Many, many thanks for your support and lightening the load for me in such a sad time.
View this review on GoogleLCF made me feel safe after taking on my flat purchase after the horrific time I had with the downfall of PM Property Lawyers. Team Purple were fabulous and Paul Coleman dealt with my case with empathy and professionalism. I am very wary of solicitors after what I’ve been through but Paul has restored my faith and I wouldn’t hesitate to use LCF again. Visiting their office to sign my papers was also a pleasant experience with lovely surroundings and a warm welcome by the reception team. Thankyou Paul and Team Purple.

Over the last 4 years this company have been dealing with a historic land registration which they originally dealt with.. I won't go into detail, as it's a long story, but the financial ombudsman were involved, and decided in our favour. We have been fobbed off, blatantly lied to and ignored, with the normal delaying-tactics employed by solicitirs. After enquiring yet again, at the end of July, as to why we have still received no decision from the Land Registry we today, (August 6th) received the official outcome from LCF, which had been sent to them by Land registry, dated the beginning of March. 6 months they have had it! No apology or excuse. Unbelievable
View this review on GoogleVery disappointing experience with Jennifer Lee at LCF Law. She was assisting my father with a legal matter and the level of service was extremely poor. Communication was slow, unclear, and at times completely lacking. We often had to chase for updates and responses, which is unacceptable when dealing with important legal issues.
There appeared to be very little attention to detail, and it often felt like the matter was not being treated with the seriousness it deserved. For a professional firm, the lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and care shown throughout the process was extremely frustrating.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Jennifer Lee or her services. Clients expect competence, clear communication, and diligence, and unfortunately that was not our experience at all.
