I always use Layzells when I buy or sell property and I can’t recommend Eleni and Rudina highly enough. They both worked tirelessly to make different sales as stress free as possible and more recently Rudina worked on a long and arduous sale with patience, kindness and the highest degree of professionalism I could have asked for. Absolutely fantastic. No hesitation in recommending.

Although it wasn't the simplest process due to difficulties with the seller and the title deed, Leonie was fantastic at navigating us through the procedure. She was always highly responsive, whether we were contacting her by telephone or email. She ensure everything was always clear and advised us well from the start. I would definitely recommend Layzells to anyone who is looking for conveyancing.

Where my previous solicitor said the timings could not be done, Rudina stepped in from scratch and fast-tracked the purchase of my flat with professionalism, diligence and real care - whilst operating at pace and keeping momentum. She was calm, conscientious, efficient and a genuine pleasure to work with. True to her word, Rudina actually got everything ready ahead of schedule, so we remained in the strongest position, in control and fully prepared.
