I used Laytons for several different cases: selling a house, buying a flat, extending the lease - always great service, top advice, clear explanations and patience answering lots of 'lay person' questions. Highly recommended. Ashley Watson in particular is an absolute star!
View this review on GoogleWe were ably assisted by Dimitri and Deeva with revision of our contracts and terms and conditions. Fabulous team and good value. Not "cheap" but do you want to buy cheap, buy twice... or worse lose out in court if you have to enforce your terms? Highly recommended.
View this review on GoogleI have worked with Ashley Watson over many years (and his brother Graham before) mainly on property transactions: in total I think 6.
The most focussed and effective lawyer who get things moving and finalises with less fuss and back and forth than any other lawyer I have worked with.
Always responsive and good suggestions
My experience with Ashley has encouraged me to use Layton’s for other services: so far so good.
View this review on GoogleI had a very poor experience with this firm.
I found the handling dismissive, cold, and unhelpful.
I would not recommend based on my experience.
View this review on GoogleI had a complicated immigration case, and Victoria Welsh provided excellent support. Her expertise, clear communication, and practical approach made a challenging process manageable.
Her dedication was key to the successful resolution of my case and I am still in the UK because of her!
