  I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for Keith Simmonett at Lawtons Solicitors in St Albans. I would also like to thank Massimo for taking my initial call and assigning Keith to help us. Keith is an absolute legend and his 30 years of experience really showed. The second I spoke to Keith on the phone, I just knew he was the one. He is easily the most honest, down-to-earth, and genuine solicitor I have ever met. Keith was a breath of fresh air, he is kind, deeply caring, and a complete realist. What blew me away was how he handled my son, who has multiple severe conditions. Keith didn't treat him like a full adult, and he never spoke to him in the jargon-heavy way most solicitors do. Instead, he completely jumped into his world and spoke to him on the kindest level to make sure he truly understood. Navigating this stressful situation was terrifying, but Keith stepped up as an absolute shield. He has an incredible gift for connecting with children of all needs, stripped away all the fear, and broke everything down so beautifully. Keith isn't just an amazing professional; he is a truly good human being who genuinely cares about protecting the children and adults he supports.   Andy Hobdell was a fantastic support throughout my case. He gave honest, friendly and helpful advice. He answered my questions patiently and offered suggestions. Ultimately, I received a suspended sentence when I could well have been imprisoned. Definitely recommend. Thank you Andy.

  Found this great firm of solicitors in my Chambers Guide which highly recommended them, I was not disappointed, as everything was made very easy and I was supported throughout the process with constant contact. They appointed me a brilliant and friendly solicitor to represent me in court, who made a great case, saying very pertinent and clever things on my behalf and I achieved a very lenient sentence. Couldn't be more thrilled, thank you Lawtons

  Paul Dillion, incorrectly advised me, gave me incorrect information regarding certain fines so instead of £50 it was £500, to top it off didn't even show up to court on the day of the trail sent a junior person who was unfamiliar with the case and gave advice to my own detriment and helped the prosecution with their case. I wish I used a competent lawyer and a better law firm. Absolute Shambles wish I could rate 0 stars. Words cannot express how upset I am and how much damage their advice and service caused.

  Will be reporting to the SRA. Avoid at all costs. It will be the worst decision you make.
