We recently used Lawson West for the sale of our house and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Our solicitors were Catherine and her amazing assistant Rosie.
From the very beginning, they were friendly, approachable, and incredibly professional. Selling a home can be a stressful experience, especially as the buyers used a terrible solicitor.
We are in no doubt that the sale wouldn’t have happened without Catherine and Rosie, who pushed the sale constantly and consistently.
Their efficiency and clear communication gave us complete confidence that we would complete this sale. We always felt supported and valued as clients, and it was obvious that they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us.
We are truly grateful for all their help and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a solicitor who combines professionalism with a personal touch.
Thank you again

From the very beginning, Kate was exceptional. She was always communicative, supportive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. What could have been a very stressful experience felt much more manageable because I knew I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared.
Kate kept me informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and was always available to answer questions or provide reassurance when needed. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were evident throughout, and thanks to her hard work, we were able to successfully reach an agreement.
What stood out most was not only her expertise but also her compassion and understanding. She treated me with kindness and respect at all times, which made a huge difference during a challenging period.
Thank you, Kate, for your outstanding support and guidance. I would not hesitate to recommend Lawson West Solicitors, and particularly Kate, to anyone seeking professional, effective, and genuinely caring legal representation.
View this review on GoogleWe used Lawson West to set up an Employee Benefit Trust for the company and couldn't have been happier with the service. Oreva Ojuh guided us through the process clearly and worked efficiently to meet a tight deadline. The experience gave us enough confidence to re-engage with them to set up our EMI scheme as well — which says it all really. Would have no hesitation recommending Oreva or using Lawson West's services again.
