We cannot recommend Carla at Larcomes highly enough for her exceptional conveyancing service when purchasing our first home.
From start to finish, Carla went above and beyond for us. As first-time buyers, the process felt quite daunting at times, but Carla made everything as stress-free and straightforward as possible. She took the time to explain everything to us in detail, making sure we fully understood each stage of the process and were kept informed throughout.
Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding, but what really stood out was how supportive and approachable she was. We always felt that we were in safe hands and that nothing was ever too much trouble.
Buying your first home can be a very stressful experience, but having Carla there made such a difference. The service we received was exceptional from beginning to end.

Both Carla and her assistant Nicola were excellent; they were always available and replied to any of our questions or queries extremely promptly, at any time of the day. They made the whole process really smooth and took away a lot of potential stress. View this review on GoogleI’ve been trying for the past two weeks to get in touch with David Summers regarding a few matters including money I’m owed, which amounts to a significant sum. Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to speak with him directly despite repeated attempts.
During this time, his assistant Amanda has been unhelpful, has not answered my questions, and has twice ended the call abruptly. This has made an already difficult situation even more frustrating.
I’ve consistently been told to speak with David, but I have not been given a fair opportunity to do so. The last two weeks that is exactly what i have been trying to do.

Very responsive and competent throughout, including on tricky situations that arose for us. We had a long and complex chain and I felt Emily was always one step ahead in the process.
