I cannot recommend Charlotte (Grant) highly enough. She has been my solicitor throughout what has been an incredibly difficult and emotionally exhausting divorce, and having her in my corner made such a huge difference.
The process lasted over two and a half years, largely where Charlotte was present, and involved an enormous amount of stress, uncertainty and expense. At times it felt completely overwhelming, but Charlotte was consistently supportive, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. She guided me through every stage of the process, explained things clearly, gave me honest and sensible advice, and always made me feel that she genuinely had my best interests at heart.
What I appreciated most was that Charlotte never made me feel like just another case. She understood how difficult the situation was for me personally and was incredibly patient when things became stressful or complicated. I always felt listened to, taken seriously and properly represented.
After everything I had been through, having Charlotte's expertise and support throughout the process was invaluable.
Divorce is difficult enough without having to navigate the legal side of it as well, and I feel extremely lucky that I had Charlotte guiding me through it. She is exceptionally good at what she does, but more importantly, she is compassionate, approachable and genuinely cares about her clients.
I will always be incredibly grateful to Charlotte for everything she did for me. If you are looking for a family solicitor who will fight your corner, give you honest advice and support you through even the most difficult circumstances, I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Rebecca our solicitor communicated throughout the whole process keeping us informed of the progress and at times lack of the same. She kept up efforts to get the deal done and despite the process taking far longer than initially expected and as a result taking more time to complete our fee for their service remained the same as initially quoted. Will not hesitate to use Laceys again and happily recommend to all.
