During July/August myself and my wife were moving to Spain and I did read online that I would be able to obtain a Spanish N.I.E. number prior to moving and found Labrums online stating they could arrange this.
I contacted Labrums, a little worried that I had left it too late. However following wonderful communication, forms, paperwork the N.I.E. arrived exactly as required and well ahead of the expected time frame. Now I am in Spain and applying for residency I realise the great advantage obtained by arranging this first step in advance and would recommend Labrums to anyone in the same situation.

Cannot recommend them, as they were slow and uncommunicative, handled the day of completion badly resulting in us paying interest fees for late payment, took almost to the 2 month limit in submitting to land registry, did not follow up on things as promised. Through the grapevine we’ve also heard a lot of others having issues with labrum’s for conveyancing recently.

- Required constant following up, repeating of information and instructions
- Delayed completion by sending the incorrect payment
- Paid SDLT late resulting in an interest charge
