View this review on GoogleAVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS. My experience with Louise Higgins and this team was unprofessional and deeply distressing. They do not fight for their clients and use undertrained staff.Management completely dismissed my formal complaint with a "case closed" response. They care only about fees, not service. Most alarmingly, they actively breached GDPR by leaking confidential case details to the child's father's solicitor. They failed to defend my Article 6 and Article 8 rights, allowed local authorities to drag out the case, and pressured me into unfair decisions. We have taken our business elsewhere and escalated this entire matter to the Legal Ombudsman. Save yourself the stress and find another solicitor.
