View this review on GoogleI called for some advice and the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. Because I wasn’t already a client, I was told they wouldn’t assist me. I understand if new cases can’t be taken on, but the attitude and lack of professionalism left a really poor impression.

View this review on GoogleLeft 3 messages with the local tenancy solicitor at the Newcastle Under Lyme branch. Rang for a 4th time and complained to the receptionist that no one was returning my calls. Finally spoke to the solicitor (a partner according to the website) who was frankly rude and denied receiving any messages on both her mobile and direct line. I was instructed to e mail her my details and she would get back to me. I’m still waiting!! Terrible service avoid and find someone who wants your business
