The transaction involved a new lease and a third-party solicitor, so there were a number of additional complexities to deal with, but they handled everything professionally and kept the process moving. Communication was clear, and I always felt that my queries were being dealt with properly.
The purchase completed relatively quickly, which I was really pleased with, and I’m very grateful for all the work they put in to get it over the line.
