Utterly atrocious firm. Horrendously slow in responding to emails which are then over-convoluted to justify their excessive charges. They drag out the sale of properties for months on end with delay after delay and pedantic requests. They are simply not solution driven but “how can we charge even more” driven. Avoid at all costs. Shame I can’t put zero stars as they’re not even worth 1! Oh and what does it mean when their employees have to rate themselves on google to raise their score! (see feedback below: George Kloosman and Lauren Marlow) - you couldn’t make it up!
View this review on GoogleSuperb, professional and friendly service, Kloosmans helped us buy our first home. They really did look after us from start to finish with our best interests always at the heart.
We can't thank them enough.
Totally recommend them, it's 5 stars from us.
View this review on GoogleTried going through probate with the solicitor. She was extremely rude to me when we changed solicitors for personal reasons. I did not like the way she spoke down to me. Really unprofessional. Also they take a long time getting back to you via phone and a long time to make appointments.
