I had a really good experience with Kirwans, Deborah and Tanya were both very helpful throughout, helped me through a transfer of equity and purchase of a new property. They were very good with their communication and always did what they could to speed up the process where possible. They have an app that is quite useful to keep track of the progress. Prices were very reasonable and would happily use their services again.

The professionalism, efficiency and communication experienced was impressive. The online app portal was easy to navigate and made accessing and completing the necessary forms so easy.
It really felt like Andrew and the team at Kirwans bent over backwards to make sure we were able to move before the stamp duty rise for which we are so grateful. The team was so easy to communicate with and responses were prompt and knowledgable.
We would definitely recommend Kirwans and use them again in the future!
