Efficient, professional service throughout the mortgage redemption process. Communication was clear, everything was handled promptly, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I felt the fees represented good value for the quality of service provided. I would happily recommend Prakash and Kingfield Solicitors to anyone needing UK property legal advice and assistance.

View this review on GoogleI had an excellent experience working with Prakash, who acted as the lender’s solicitor on a recent transaction. He was professional, efficient, and very responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend Prakash for his expertise and reliability.
View this review on GoogleWe have recently completed the purchase of our property. For myself this was a first time buy and Sharan was amazing at guiding me through each step/process (and putting up with with my silly questions). I would definitely recommend Kingfields Solicitors and would use their services again. Thank you for making the process as smooth and simple as possible.
View this review on GoogleIt is my pleasure to post a very positive review of Kingfields Solicitors in my recent experience of their services. They acted as my solicitors to close out a mortgage on my property in London. Tricky thing: I'm Singaporean based in Singapore and I'm clueless regarding how the legal system works in UK. The process was not without its challenges but I was very fortunate as my contact point in Kingsfield, Jaaine Intharajah, was extremely able and she figured out the various issues and resolve them very quickly. I found it to be a 5-star experience!
