I chose Keystone because I wanted a firm that combined professional expertise with a compassionate and understanding approach.
Going through a divorce is one of the most challenging experiences a person can face, and from my first interaction with Naomi, I felt reassured that I would be supported every step of the way.
I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The guidance, communication, and attention to detail throughout the process were exceptional. I always felt informed, listened to, and confident that my case was being handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
What I particularly appreciated was the empathy and dedication shown throughout my divorce proceedings. Complex matters were explained clearly, advice was practical and honest, and I never felt like just another client.
The responsiveness and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome made a difficult situation far less stressful.
I would wholeheartedly recommend both Naomi and Keystone to anyone going through a divorce or other family law matter. The combination of legal expertise, professionalism, compassion, and unwavering support is truly outstanding.
View this review on GoogleQuestion 1 — Why did you choose Keystone?
I came to Keystone through a recommendation from a trusted professional contact. That personal referral gave me the confidence to make contact, and Nigel quickly justified that confidence.
Question 2 — How satisfied were you with the services provided?
Extremely satisfied. Nigel is the best employment lawyer I have ever worked with. His advice is clear, commercially grounded, and genuinely useful — which is why I have since referred him to multiple others.
Question 3 — What in particular did you like or dislike?
What sets Nigel apart is his willingness to give a real opinion. Unlike many lawyers who sit on the fence, he lays out the pros and cons clearly and then recommends the best course of action. He also bridges the gap between strict legal theory and the pragmatic reality of what actually happens in practice — combining the perspective of a lawyer with that of an HR practitioner to deliver risk-managed outcomes. Add to that a responsive service and strong value for money, and there is very little to dislike.
Question 4 — For what would you recommend Nigel and Keystone to others?
I would recommend Nigel without hesitation to any business or individual needing employment law advice — particularly where the situation is complex or the stakes are high. His combination of legal expertise, HR insight, and practical judgement means you leave every conversation knowing exactly where you stand and what to do next.
View this review on GoogleWe 100% recommend Hannah Cash in your sale or purchase of anything on the water. Highly experienced, immensely competent, thorough, detailed, reassuring and with years of knowledge in negotiating and documenting the legal aspects associated with buying or selling houseboats, moorings and all associated areas. Hannah made our entire process uncomplicated, timely and stress-free. Having the infrastructure of Keystone to support only added. As stated earlier we cannot recommend Hannah and Keystone highly enough.
View this review on GoogleWorking with Hannah from Keystone Law was the best decision I could have made. She navigated my case with immense dedication, patience, and strategic brilliance. Dealing with difficult personalities in legal matters can be exhausting, but Hannah handled everything flawlessly, providing a shield of support and expert guidance when I needed it most. She is a rare combination of deeply kind and highly effective. I am incredibly grateful for her help.
View this review on GoogleI couldn't recommend Naomi Hatchard more highly. I was unfortunate in needing to find representation to defend a variation of maintenance order which ran right up to the final hearing date. Naomi was always swift to respond to any questions I had, clear in her advice both in terms of explaining court procedure and the approaches that could be taken along the way and I was fully informed about the likely costs implications at each stage. More importantly than that Naomi was empathetic and kind throughout that journey. She is a real people person which is so important for the solicitor client relationship but also in terms of working with other professionals involved in the case. Thank you Naomi - I was well looked after, I am sure that what was a horrible year for me would have been far worse without you to guide me.
