Robyn dealt perfectly with a house sale for me some years ago and I would 100% recommend her services to anyone. She was extremely assertive when needed to push a fast sale through, perfectly professional and handled everything expertly. 10/10, would definitely do the same again.

Wanted to extend a flat lease but after 5 months despite obtaining a valuation through their recommended surveyor no progress was made, emails ignored, spoke a number of times by phone but no progress or explanation.

When you can even get through on their phone, instead of recorded message telling you to send them an email.
On second attempt to ring them, I did get through to a real person. Unfortunately for me she was a very brisk and rude lady ( god know if she’s an legal admin or actual solicitor. She didn’t bother to introduce herself ! )
Maybe don’t talk down to a potential client. I was so angry I had to end the call ( I least I did it with some manners !)
Avoid I would say!
