My partner and I used KBL Solicitors to purchase our first home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Chiara was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions, and she always took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. She was incredibly professional, attentive and friendly, and kept us updated every step of the way, which meant we could relax knowing everything was in hand.
She stayed on top of the whole process and worked incredibly hard around completion, doing everything she could to ensure we completed on the day we had requested. Her dedication and organisation really made a stressful process feel so much easier.

View this review on GoogleI used KBL for the first time 15 years ago and was so impressed then that I returned for the conveyancing of my residential property and a buy to let over the Summer.
What can I say? Sarah Bell sorted both properties for me and was nothing short of fantastic. The timing and order of the remortgages was crucial for me and Sarah delivered on all fronts. Fast, efficient, communicative and patient with me when answering my questions (needing to fully understand the process I had many!)
They are incredibly well priced too.
I urge you to ignore pleas from estate agencies and mortgage providers to use their conveyancers. KBL are simply the best. You will not regret using them.
