Would give ZERO stars if I could. Called the office and receptionist wasn't able to advise of the services they provide. He then took my email address. The solicitor, Kulip, emailed me asking how could he help, when I already explained the situation over the phone. In any case, I sent an email with the details. 3 weeks later there was no reply so I sent a chaser email asking if he can or cannot take the case. I still have no reply to date!
Please don't waste your time with this solicitor as they clearly can't get back to people or provide basic responses.

Excellent , just what I require for updating my existing will.
HOWEVER! on calling the receptionist informed me that they do not do anything to do with any of these services and had no clue about their website and these services that are clearly offered. stating they do not offer these services, and in a very matter of fact tone said they would 'look into it'
Very lax & poor customer service, information and subject knowledge of products and web site clearly offering services not provided which is a trading standards concern
